About us

The three friends that started and continue to operate Carolina Car Collective are Alex Barton, Drew Clark and Drake Thomas. Each of us has multiple years of experience in the automotive industry ranging from franchise dealerships to luxury pre-owned.

Alex started in the industry at the age of nineteen in a rural domestic dealership in South Carolina. As such, regained exemplary knowledge of American cars and trucks. A through and through car guy, Alex has built and modified several cars and motorcycles. When he is not working at CCC, Alex enjoys golfing, being out on the lake and spending time at his family’s restaurant.

Drew also has been in the industry since the age of nineteen. As he started in the automotive world at the same dealership as Alex, Drew has gained a knowledge of trucks that is nearly unmatched. Drew also has extensive experience in finance, reconditioning and dealership management. As an adrenaline junkie, Drew enjoys overloading and building out vehicles to traverse any terrain. In his free time, Drew enjoys traveling, riding horses and spending time with his many nieces and nephews.

Drake has been around the car industry all of his life. As the son of an Indy Car mechanic, Drake knows the ins and outs of what it takes to go fast. Starting out working as a lot porter at a luxury dealership in a major metro area, Drake moved on to one of the largest supercar dealerships in the world. When it comes to ultra high end, Drake is your guy. When he isn’t at the dealership, you can find Drake working on his BMW, spending time at the racetrack or playing some golf.
