“We were in search of something with a little better towing capacity. Started out with a Tahoe in mind. He showed me a couple things. I couldn’t make a decision. I came back and he walked the car lot with me asking me what I liked about the different vehicles. He was trying to piece together what I was looking for in a vehicle. He met with me 3-4 times and did a ton of research, pulling stuff up on his computer and showing me different ideas. He was so patient and went the extra mile.
